About the National Certificate in Adult Education and Training Level 5 (NCAET L5)
The programme has been designed in direct response to the Government’s Adult Literacy Strategy and Tertiary Education Commission’s priorities to improve foundation skill levels.
The certificate is designed for people who are currently training adults, whether this be through their workplace, a community group, or on a voluntary basis. The qualification is highly regarded within the training industry, with most private training establishments encouraging staff to obtain the qualification for their own personal development, and to improve the quality of the delivery of their own products.
Recognised by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) as an approved course, comprising of 11 focused and relevant unit standards. You will learn all the essential ingredients of delivering motivating training that produces results.
